RAL quality mark
Documented security: The “Gütezeichen KERZEN” is a trademarked RAL quality mark. The association “RAL German Institute for Quality Assurance and Labeling e. V. “is responsible in this country for monitoring the proper use of quality marks. The ” Gütezeichen KERZEN ” was recognized in August 1997. The quality mark is awarded exclusively by the Gütegemeinschaft Kerzen e. V., of which we are one of the founding members.
A manufacturer may only mark a product with the seal of approval if it has passed an entrance examination. The test regulations are specific, objective and precisely defined. In order to guarantee the high level of quality in the long term, the manufacturer also undertakes to monitor its products regularly.
Quality and safety are very important to us, which is why we only use high-quality raw materials and check the burning behavior and drip resistance of our candles during the entire manufacturing process. According to the RAL standard, of course, but also according to our own, even stricter specifications. This is how we maintain a consistently high level of quality in our products.
We are convinced that constant research and development is an important factor for the sustainable success of our company. That is why we have set up one of the most modern candle research laboratories in Europe. Here we are developing new ways of making candles and working on increasing the efficiency and environmental compatibility of our products and packaging. At the same time, we achieve a high level of supply guarantee through alternative raw material components.
